About It's Humanity Foundation

It's Humanity Foundation (IHF) is based and registered in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Established in 2010, IHF focuses on breaking the cycle of poverty in marginalized communities in a sustainable way through education, empowerment, and training.

With over 13 years of experience in Bangladesh's development sector, It's Humanity Foundation (IHF) focuses on ensuring quality education and empowering marginalized youth and women. Beyond regular projects, IHF is committed to emergency responses such as distributing warm clothes in winter, aiding flood-affected people, and offering relief support in remote areas.

Registered as a non-profit organization in 2015 under the Government of Bangladesh (registration number S-12186/2015), IHF is dedicated to creating sustainable solutions for poverty alleviation. Through free quality education in our schools, empowerment projects for women and youth, and training initiatives, we strive to provide opportunities that will empower communities to break free from poverty in the long run.

Our mission statement

IHF's mission is to help make life better for marginalized communities in Bangladesh by giving free access to good education, basic healthcare, and training for new skills. Our goal is to lift people out of poverty and make sure they have a secure and bright future ahead.

Message from our founder

IHF's inception was sparked through a conversation between me and my friend on on June 4, 2010. With a simple vision to make a positive impact, we founded 'It's Humanity' to embody the essence of humanity through tangible actions, specifically aiding those lacking financial and social support. We started our journey humbly with 17 students on the narrow porch of a tin shed house in Saidpur. 13 years later, we've provided education, medical services, and skill training to over 5,000 students across 6 districts in Bangladesh.

Our years of effort tell stories of hope, resilience, and change — an acknowledgment of our team, supporters, and the communities we serve. As we extend our heartfelt gratitude for your support, we recognize that our work is far from over. Moving forward, let's collaboratively build a world where kindness and unity thrive, for our journey is an ongoing commitment to fostering positive change.
