Celebrating a Decade of Dedication: Maisha Lubaba Receives the Decade of Dedication Award

This year, we introduced a special segment to our awards ceremony: the Decade of Dedication Award, recognizing individuals whose constant commitment has significantly shaped the organization's journey. We are proud to announce that Ms. Maisha Lubaba, General Secretary of It’s Humanity Foundation and CEO of Protibha, has received this prestigious award for her outstanding and consistent dedication over the past 10 years.

Maisha’s journey with IHF began in 2014 when she joined as a volunteer, driven by her passion for making a difference in the lives of marginalized communities. Her exceptional leadership skills and relentless dedication quickly distinguished her and throughout her tenure, she has held key positions, including Partnerships Manager and Joint Secretary, before being appointed as the General Secretary in January 2022.

In her current role, Maisha has been instrumental in shaping and implementing IHF's strategic vision, focusing on education, livelihood development, and youth empowerment. Her efforts have not only fostered impactful programs but have also built strong partnerships that enhance the organization's reach and effectiveness.
